Terrible. It took years to settle. Lindsay would never return my messages and said my check was on the way. Still nothing. No phone calls returned. Stay away from this firm.

Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and emails requesting assistance, I received no response. This lack of responsiveness only reinforces the concerns I expressed in my original review. Melissa and her staff are super friendly. Melissa seemed very willing to help during our initial meeting and made me feel at ease by listening intently as I laid out the challenge. Her Knowledge of the law is uncanny and she proved and valuable in helping me find a resolution. Melissa is transparent and actually works with her client versus just telling them what to do. I felt very involved in the process and I highly recommend this firm!
