I called on MLK Day and someone answered the phone only to tell me to call back the next day, rather than taking my number and offering a return call. When I did call back, no one answered all day. This experience was a waste of time and did not inspire confidence in how they prioritize potential or current clients.
Not recommended. The process was extremely slow to get the trust settup done. On top of that paralegal made a couple of mistakes in spelling my name in the key document. When asked to correct it, first responded with positive but got not response afterwards. I found some more mistakes but it’s not worth discussing at this point. I have dealt with attorney offices many time in past and this was worst.
I highly recommend the Barrett Law Firm. They are professionals who deals with the facts of the case and use their resources and skills to bring about successful results. I am pleased with the outcome of my case. They provide excellent legal service. When you choose them, you have chosen the best.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience for me. I often felt like my situation was not a priority and that my lawyer did not genuinely care about what I was going through. Most importantly, I did not feel that she fought for me or advocated for my best interests.
