After spending $800/month here I received terrible customer service. I tried placing an order and using two coupons with the order. Could not do that online so I placed two separate orders. Of coarse being charged shipping on each. One order was only a few sheets of decals. I called the next morning I was told, "Sorry, orders cannot be changed once placed, only canceled." So that's what I did. I wrote an email to complain and their response was "Ok, Thank you."
