Horrible Service. I Paid for an expensive dress and they gave me another one, that was another color, another style and wrinkled. Definitely do not recommend it. They did not give me a refund or change the dress.
I have to say i am beyond disappointed! We came back for our fittings to try on our dress we ordered 2 months ago we get there and guess what? No dresses!! They were beating Around the bush to give us an answer! They said oh no we are only taking measurements ummm i could have sworn you did that 2 months ago with us?!! The wedding is in a month!! Ridiculous! Turns out the lady who helped us never did the paper work mind you we paid for our dresses on the spot to ensure good customer service 2 months ago!! So it was a waste o... read more
