Jess went above and beyond thru this whole process. As a first time home buyer, I checked rates with other lenders and she gave me a far better interest rate than what they could. It was much more personal than dealing with a bank and getting passed from person to person. With any issues or hiccups that came up she had a plan and work around. She puts her all into her work and it really shows. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to ease the process of home buying with someone who does exceptional at their job!
Jess is absolutely amazing! She was the best and most knowledgeable lender I’ve worked with. I went through several lenders before finding Jess. The others kept hitting me with hard inquiries , gave me the run around or quoted me insane preapprovals with high amounts in reserves. I was so happy with her that I asked her to contact my sister who is just starting to look for a house and now they are working together and I know Jess will definitely take care of her.
