At first meeting Raquel seems like such a sweet and caring lady despite what all I’ve heard about the firm. I always left the room feeling like okay you’ve got this. I was confident. I am extremely disappointed that after leaving four voicemail messages that no one even returned my call. If you aren't taking new clients, the least you could do is return a call and say no thank you. It is also a shame that you came recommended to me by another attorney. Not a good look at all!
