I highly recommend Lyon Physical Therapy. It is the type of therapy that gets you back moving. You are thoroughly shown how to do at home techniques to help your healing. If you are sore,stiff,or unable to do something she addresses the issue and gets you back up and going. Dr Lyons physically loosens you up physically, or dry needling.
