They withheld letters, sending only summaries, making me look unresponsive and worsening my family matter. Their negligence aggravated the case, driving up costs. Reviews are fake from relatives/employees. I dismissed them and requested my file, yet they still ignore me. Scammy, unprofessional, and damaging to clients.
