I don't understand this representative named lance was very rude . I have been there many times over the years .. ..
East Hampton location was very helpful. We were replacing 30 year old wooden deck with Azek PVC deck boards and Color Guard Lincoln bronze railings. Products were excellent, prices were good compared to other sources. The customer service at Lyon & Billard was really helpful. At the end of the project, I was able to return the unused boards for credit.
