I feel like the universe directed me to Lynz just when I needed her most! I have a very stressful life, but in these classes I am able to switch off completely. The yoga practice is challenging (in a good way) and Lynz is very down to earth and friendly. No one takes themself too seriously and there is no pressure to be perfect, but instead to focus on your body and what you need in the moment. I haven't tried the yoga, but I saw Lynz today for a massage and she is incredible. She's got such a calming energy and I always leave feeling so relaxed!
Lovely Yoga classes with Lynz. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. I felt so good afterwards- grounded and calm for the rest of the day. Anybody wanting to find a yoga class in the Loughborough/Quorn area I highly recommend Lynz’s classes.
We are new to Lynz yoga in this beautiful peaceful venue, easy to park and access. Lynz provides a relaxing, stress free guided yoga session that is non judgmental and makes you feel so relaxed after. Yoga with Lynz helps me to switch off after a stressful day and gives me a good night sleep. Everyone in the group is friendly. I would definitely recommend yoga with Lynz.
