Customer service was very good; however, the quality of the product ( frame bed) I bought for my son is not for the overpriced money to be paid. I selected it from a catalog but don't you dare to do it as it is not possible to see the product right there and they sell it as the BEST ? The brand is Jordy and it is a bed with drawers( 2 bigs - 4 smalls ) with an obsolete system where you have to use force to open ( only have way ) and close them.
