We have purchased 2 sets of patio furniture from Lynn’s. Both sets look great after several years of heavy use and weather! Great service! We recently moved and a bolt came loose during the move. The super staff found the exact part I needed! I would buy from Lynn’s again in a heartbeat! The product is so superior to the big box brands and far more comfortable!
Wonderful selection, staff and service! I wanted to replace the slings on my old (but still good) Tropitone dining chairs. They had a nice selection of colors and patterns and placed a special order for me. In addition, they were willing to do the replacement for a reasonable price, so I didn't have to watch videos and fight with the install process (I'm not handy). They were terrific to deal with. We bought a new umbrella. Doug and Garrett were extremely friendly and helpful on us picking out the new one! Great selection, great value, and again outstanding customer service! Would highly recommend them for any of your patio needs.
We made a bad choice and purchased outdoor furniture online without trying it out first. We did it to avoid annoying salespeople. The furniture was garbage, and we knew we'd have to go old school and see real people. Travesty! HOWEVER, we made our way to Lynn's Patio Shop and were just blown away by Garrett and his whole family. Lynn's has a great selection, but even better people working there.
