The customer service is horrible. I have had a hard time getting them to return phone calls and update me regarding the delivery of my furniture. The phone just rings constantly daily.
Listen to the negative reviews! They told us our furniture would be here in 1-2 weeks. It’s been almost a month now and I have to call weekly for updates. First their orders weren’t being processed for two weeks, now they can’t get deliveries because their warehouse is getting a new street. I’m hoping to have our furniture by next Fall at this rate. They are terrible at communicating.
