Kathy Williams was our representative today while looking for a new sectional or couch and love seat replacement for our 15 year old furniture. She was so good with helping us with our questions about some different things and we found what we wanted and she answered all of our questions professionally. She's got a great sense of humor too. I called Lynn's and spoke to Jared Rexford, Salesman. I explained that I was looking for a recliner Lift Chair and told him my price range and asked what was available. He called me back a little later and said he had something I might be interested in I told him I would be in the following day to try it out. I purchased the lift chair and I'm very happy with my decision. I appreciate Jared's attentiveness to a phone inquiry which led to a sale I would like to thank Jared for helping this old guy out.
