We have been told by other owners in this condo building that Lynne Hans works out of his condo an sees clients in his condo. As an officer of the condo board he should no better and the rules, bylaws, and or declarations prohibit this. It is amazing that he is want to force people to follow rules and he himself is in violation.
I was told he sees his clients in a condo that he lives in and uses as an office. If so, is he violating the provisions of the condo association that does not allow a business to be run out of an owners condo that sees customers or clients in ones unit. I think he is on the Board of Directors and should be aware of the rules. Does anyone else know more?
