This accountant filed mine and my husband's taxes incorrectly. When we called to ask her why we never got our return she refused to help us. We are still dealing with the IRS and trying to get our tax return from 2014. After speaking with the IRS they do agree that she filed our taxes incorrectly. The worst part is that she refused to help us resolve this issue and still took our money for filing our taxes (incorrectly).
