Mom has been at Lyndon Croft for a while now and she feels happy and safe here.The staff share with us that she enjoys the activities offered multiple times a day and the staff are always so kind and friendly. We always feel welcome on our visits and we can tell that mom has wonderful relationships with her care home family. We can’t thank you all enough for your hard work and dedication that you give to Mom to her enjoy life .
The home has gone down hill massively, since new management starting and the best carers and seniors leaving, there is a very big drop in the care provided and action taken when it comes to the residents health, I had to take my mom out of this home for the lack of care given! Had it of been 3 years ago, I would never of been leaving such a bad review!
Wow don't put your loved ones in lyndon croft .24 hr care doesn't not exist..gone I have more idear what happened to our mom .than the home has .no genuine staff .we have to live with that .she was in there care only with early onset ...where are people's conciences
