If you care for your loved one - AVOID this home!! The owner makes up his own rules! I called to arrange an appointment for the following evening at 7pm. A friendly member of staff booked the appointment with no issues, and advised what my family member required. I rearranged a couple of meetings in work prior to the appointment to ensure I wouldn’t be late. Social workers work hard to help you but that's all I can say Plus owners response whenever someone complains is either that it never happened or the person wasn't there. Take a look at my original review in my photos which will tell you all you need to know. Yes I am a real person and do not appreciate when genuine feed back does not get taken seriously by the owner. I have visited Lyndhurst Care Home in the past and found the staff to be very friendly and compassionate. The home has a really cosy feel and residents looked happy.
