I've never written a review before, but I had such an unexpected and uncomfortable experience with my family today that I felt compelled to share. We were walking around downtown Lynden, coming back from the farmers market, heading to our car. I had my small 30lb leashed dog with me. As I stopped at a crosswalk to get my dog to sit (with a treat in hand), a woman about two car lengths away yelled at me: "Please don't use my dogs to train your dog." Customer service was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The gentleman that answered the phone was very rude.
The staff are all very helpful and friendly, they always ask if you are looking for something specific couple times I just stopped by to share a hello and a smile basically. Thank you Kate
