I do not know how this business can maintain itself. The fellow who came up to measure for a replacement Milgard window was the least responsive employee I have ever encountered. He never responded to me with a cost so I could place the order. I contacted Mount Vernon Lyndale Glass on September 15. It took more than a month after my initial contact for the guy to come out to measure.
