Tried to get my shower glass replaced with these guys. A guy came to our house and took measurements and sent us a quote. So we went to the store in Ferndale to look at what we were going to get for the price. My wife decided that she didn’t want what we had been quoted, so I asked for a revised quote and asked if we could just get the panel replaced and keep the door. Terrible customer service resulting in unacceptable delays. You can't count on these guys. They even cut me off on the phone multiple times while I am trying to explain the issue as their is a difference of opinion. They do not follow "customer is always right. They brought us the wrong size glass even after measuring themselves resulting in a delay. Recently and unresolved they brought out wrong size window (they decided not to measure, because it was the same window, it didn't fit either pane). They want us to now pay for ... read more

This business has given us terrible products. They "blame" the suppliers. Late deliveries, defective products, and horrible customer service. We have spent more than $10,000 at this business (between direct purchases and our remodeling contractor) with very poor service (except for their installers) and products.

Replaced one mirror and reinstalled a larger mirror that came loose,in the master bathroom. Kevin H. did an excellent, professional job. This is not the first time to have a job done by Lyndale Glass and very time the the work was excellent. Reliable and trustworthy company!
