Great staff very friendly and residents are happy
AVOID this facility at all costs! ITS TERRIBLE and absolutely DANGEROUS to put a loved one at this locations Yes, it’s a new facility and the grounds are kept clean but patient rooms are absolutely NASTY as staff refuses to clean past sweeping the floors. Our family member is incontinent and she was forced to sit in urine until we went up there and cleaned it. The staff is absolutely horrible, lazy, untrained, have NO CLUE on prescription distribution and could care less about the residents but all that starts with upper man... read more
Poor maintenance- air conditioning doesn’t work well, automatic doors are broken and drivers aren’t available. I’ve called about my mom’s air conditioning for 2 weeks it’s over 80 in her apartment- we brought in fans.
