I had the best experience at Lynch’s furniture! Katrina helped me find exactly the office furniture I was looking for! The quality is amazing! The service was excellent, she kept me informed every step of the way, with ordering, shipping and delivery! I highly recommend them for your furniture needs!
Sales associate very friendly and accommodating in helping me find a mattress, couch and chaise lounge. Knowledgeable and not pushy.
Ordered bookshelves from them they dont carry them in stock. Once you order it its oh well no returns. So you spend $800 on furniture and the quality isn't that there.
I went in looking for new living room seating. Alison was very helpful and friendly. She showed me the options and explained the sale they were having. She didn't hover but was very available when I had questions. Later when there was a hiccup in process She was very good at explaining what happened and my options. To be clear the problem was in no way the fault of the store or Alison. Very positive experience.
I’d love to rate this place higher but we hated how prices weren’t just written upfront. To have a price just marked off and say we can discuss prices if we find something we like feels wrong. I am however giving 2 stars versus 1 due to the fact the young woman that greeted us has great customer service skills.
