I have had a few people spend time in the Lynchburg facility. Each have had a pleasant experience. The nurses have been helpful and the maintenance was quick to correct the heating issue in one patients room I was visiting. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is the food combinations they are feed. An example is rice with turnip greens. Various other strange combinations also but that one really stood out. Fix the food issues with the dietary staff and you’ve nailed it.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about their patients. They answered all the questions I asked and were very informative.
