Apparently Ashley believes it's ok to allow others to falsify reports of a school shooting. Not 1, but 2, on top of other countless false reports. My 5 year old has better idea of the law than this place.
It is deeply disappointing that this law office, along with the Davis County DA/ADA, refuses to fulfill their duties as described by law. Despite being provided with ample evidence of false police reports and false DHHS reports, they have declined to take action against the individuals responsible. This lack of accountability sends a troubling message—that in our community, it is apparently acceptable for individuals to stalk others, file false reports, and place unnecessary fear and burden on families.
