I had a great experience with salesperson Kevin Fanning. He was honest, patient, and focused on finding the best product for my needs rather than just making a sale. No pressure--just excellent service. And on the delivery side, Jarrod and CJ were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase as well as their delivery service. I'll be back to do business with Lynch's in the future.
First time buyer at Lynch Furniture. We will definitely buy from them again. Kevin, our salesman, was knowledgable and friendly. Definitely not pushy at all. The delivery guys were also very friendly and very efficient. The store price of the LazyBoy loveseat we bought was much less than the LazyBoy store.
We purchased a sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately the furniture was not the right fit and it overwhelmed the space as well as obstructed the view of the connected space. The setting in a furniture store showroom can be quite different than a home, which has a completely different visual and physical flow. I phoned the owner less than 24 hours of having the furniture delivered, I was hoping to exchange it for something that was not a size issue but he was not accomodating at all and said there was nothing he could do.
