We started our loan process with Lyn Gundogdu (NMLS#1966880) on August 3, 2020. We scheduled a time to view a property on August 5th so the day prior to the viewing, I requested the pre-approval letter and price sheet for the property. Lyn did not deliver until twenty (20) minutes prior to the viewing of the property. From this point on Lyn provided price sheets and pre-approval letters for every home we viewed with our realtor. Lyn was responsive to all of our requests, and questions. During our application process, she was prompt in reminding us of deadlines, and made the entire process go through smoothly. During the pandemic, she was sympathetic to our social distancing concerns making us feel safe when closing and appraising our house. We will definitely use her again for our future mortgage needs.
