I am a 71 year old female with a history of hip pain and stiffness to the point that I found it very difficult to walk any great distance and I mean 20 metres or so. After years of attending Chiro which helped I found Jaquie and in one session she freed my hips up to the extent that not only can I walk a fair distance I am now able to follow an exercise programme that is improving my mobility even more, and yes she is very gentle no painful digs or palpitations.
