They are out of business or something. been to the office over 5 times and they are closed. Called many times no answer. Left voicemail and no one has returned my call. 😡
They haven’t returned any of my calls either.
I have called this place 10 times in the last 2-3 weeks to make an appt. Every time it goes to voicemail. I had been in contact with them a few months ago and had to delay my therapy, they said to call when I was ready. I wouldn’t have to go on a waitlist again. Why is no one calling me back??!!!??!!!! This is very unprofessional and frustrating. I need to start this therapy, per my cancer doctor’s orders. Is anyone else having this issue??
My therapist, Tracy is wonderful. She is caring and thorough in her treatments and makes sure you are feeling a lot better when you leave. The whole office staff is a reflection of that care. I really look forward to my treatments. THIS OFFICE CLOSED PERMANENTLY ON APRIL 29, 2024, WITH VERY LITTLE OR NO WARNING TO MOST PATIENTS OR THERAPISTS. I ONLY WISH I COULD FIND THE OWNERS TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT I REALLY THINK OF THEM.
