My dad was here for 2 and a half years. He had 16 falls we knew about 3 one day I visited him and he had a table in front of him so if he had got up he would have fallen. He had a fractured collar bone and he was let some in wet pads . We where very disappointed with this care home.
Super management and care given to the residents. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so receptive to assist you with anything that you need (nothing is too much trouble) even when the Manager is on holiday. Angela with her vast knowledge/experience to assistance us all in the process. Tash in settling Mum in so well, to name but a few. All Staff have made an effort to meet us and chat with us too about the needs of our relative. Thank you Head Chef Matt in particular. Says a lot about the establishment.
