Unsympathetic and satisfaction NOT guaranteed. – Right on a mailer I received from Lyman it says: “Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We’re proud of the work we do, and if we don’t do it right, we’ll make it right. Period.” I decided to give them a shot with an order of notepads.
