No doubt, very good driver app as me showing pick up and drop off destination with price but Lyft no paying too much to drivers. That's why in this field no enough drivers in every city. I think they must react on it. Thanks
The most terrible customer service ever. I made this one star review only because I can NOT do a zero star review. 1. No front seat allowed to be sit. 2. Refuse to adjust the AC vent, make us feel extremely cold. 3. The driver forced us to get off the car in the middle of nowhere only after 2 mins ride.(The ride should be 40 mins to a park) And Lyft customer service did nothing just kept transferring me from one agent to another agent.
