Working with FlexDrive - ORF has been wonderful. Seamless pick up and drop off process and the staff was exceedingly friendly. I highly recommend their service and I would definitely use them again. Saturdays though. #IJS

I just want to give a shout out. On Monday, 3/3/26, at Flex Drive, Portsmouth VA, Jared, Mgr. along with Krystie & Julian as assistants has helped me in the pass many, many times, especially when the rental vehicles has major issues (like Transmission) & the vehicles just sits at Pep Boys because they are short on staff, (seems to be a nation wide crisis). Completely unprofessional all the way around. They don't have a phone number so you can't reach them unless you drive to the location where you picked up the vehicle, which is extremely inconvenient unless you live in that city. Their roadside assistance sucks and will not pickup the rental car and return it back to the Flexdrive office. They will simply take it to a shop within a 5 mile radius and you will have to go pick it up yourself.
