HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Hit a bouncing tire on the highway. Police report says clearly not my fault. They agreed it wasn't my fault and told me it would be in the shop a while but I'd get it back. Now I'm being charged $1250 in damages even though I paid $50/week Extra for ZERO maintenance fees. My husband rents a car from this company (Northeast Ohio). Day one the windshield wiper flew off. Went to one of their "partners" and was told it wasn't covered. Week 2 the fob started dying and he was getting notices from the car that the fob was not in the car (when it was). Again went to a partner and was told it wasn't covered. Week 3, we got a lot of snow. He is from Montana with many, many years of snow driving experience, but could not keep the car on the road.
