My Lyft driver was there, l got out side and the purple malabo pulled around the front, I called to her. She looks me in the face after stopping. She pulled off. I had to call another driver. Her name was Elizabeth. Came in no time. Thank you for the better driver. The blue car should not be paid for the pickup. I almost missed my appointment. Get better drivers that know how to treat seniors. Thank you.
Terrible agency. No phone number no customer service. Just money and untrained people work there. I don't know what happened to the two people that were there, but it's way past the pandemic now. There's no reason to be claiming to have short staff when it's only two people in the office. There is no phone number. Horrible experience
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Hit a bouncing tire on the highway. Police report says clearly not my fault. They agreed it wasn't my fault and told me it would be in the shop a while but I'd get it back. Now I'm being charged $1250 in damages even though I paid $50/week Extra for ZERO maintenance fees. And their insurance company refuses to answer or return calls about a claim (no wonder they have a 1.9 star rating) And lastly there's no way to contact anyone at the rental office since they don't have an actual phone (in 2026) and the... read more
My husband rents a car from this company (Northeast Ohio). Day one the windshield wiper flew off. Went to one of their "partners" and was told it wasn't covered. Week 2 the fob started dying and he was getting notices from the car that the fob was not in the car (when it was). Again went to a partner and was told it wasn't covered. Week 3, we got a lot of snow. He is from Montana with many, many years of snow driving experience, but could not keep the car on the road.
