They deactivated my account cause two driver's reported me for driving reckless but, neither passenger were hurt and it didn't cause and accident tell me how are you driving reckless on the freeway doing the speed limit or DRIVING ON TERRECE RD. IN EAST CLEVELAND and how is it reckless when you make a U-turn at 4:00a.m. in the morning when your the only one on the street I didn't cause an accident they half paid me most if my passengers added me to they're favorites they told me I owed them $319 for rent fees when they half ... read more

I rented from them for 3 months and unfortunately I was involved in a hit and skip accident. I followed all of the protocols as far as calling the police and roadside assistance so that they can tow the vehicle that was unable to be driven. Not to mention I had full coverage insurance. Next thing I know, they tried to charge my account multiple times for $571 and I had no idea why.
