Left my wallet by accident. Second time in my life. The driver didn't speak a word of English. Tried to resolve the issue with lyft, and got the "screw you" i will delete the app. UBER IS WAS BETTER!!!
I made left a lot of money and not much for my self.
Would HIGHLY NOT recommend.. they’re so unprofessional so back and forth one minute it’s this the next it’s that . They’re not professional charge you for everything that’s NOT your fault . Overall bad business and bad customer service .
I 1st want to say I’m thankful for the flex drive program for Lyft in Cincinnati OH on 9th street the two individuals were absolutely incredible 💯💯💯💯 The process was smooth & I’m frm Dayton OH I was having car issues & was down w out a vehicle for several months.The flex drive for Lyft program save my life my rental that I was driving was a 2024 Chevy Malibu it ran smoothly & I was definitely back on the road.
