This program may be good for people who can drive full time, but... THE REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THEY DON'T STICK TO THEIR POLICIES...THEY SAY YOU CAN GET CHEAPER OPTIONS WITH HERTZ BUT WHEN YOU SIGN- UP WITH LYFT, FLEXDRIVE IS THE ONLY OPTION "AVAILABLE". THEY SAY WHEN YOU RETURN THE CAR YOUR LAST FEES WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOU DEPOSIT. I TURNED MY CAR IN OVER A MONTH AGO. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY BANK ACCOUNT SEVERAL TIMES. The gentleman were nice my complaint is the Lyft rental agreement. You have to drive for free until you cover the rental cost so don't start this without money!!!! And it's easy to go over the miles you get charged $16 every time which is expensive. Miles should be unlimited if your going to make us work for free to get the rental paid off if you go over mikes it's added to the balance you gotta pay off

Mas nunca alquilo en flex ,pensaba que con mi nivel elite con 95% de aceptacion 4.9 satisfaccion cliente ,3% de cancelacion cuando recibi el carro el 14 de Octubre y retorne el vehiculo el el 17 de Nov, alquilando un carro de la plataforma esperaba recibir viajes bien pagados ,las tarifas 3.15$4.80$,5$,7.15$ maximo pago 23$ por 40 millas.Para pagar la renta 215$ mas las millas personales que maximo en mi caso fueron 35 en una semana llega a los 238$ esto sin incluir seguro ,si tomas full cobertura se incrementa a 260$ semana... read more
