⭐☆☆☆☆ I will never use Lyft again. My experience was extremely unsafe and unprofessional. The driver I was assigned drove down a one-way street in the wrong direction and, instead of correcting the mistake, argued with me and insisted that “it’s okay.” This was not only careless but put me in real danger. On top of that, the ride took far too long to get me to my destination, and I was overcharged for the trip. The driver that I had today: ran a stop, ran a red light, was speeding, had a vehicle that needs shocks, and he had a pissy attitude. He should not be driving people anywhere.

Screwiest system I can remember. They charge more money for return trips than the original trip. Just 45 minutes later and it is a substantial amount. A person cannot talk to a person to complain. I will never use Lyft again. This happened in the Akron area by the way. I have deleted my account!!!!

I would have to be in Dyer, desperate need to hire a Lyft driver! Not because of the drivers because I don’t know them, but Lyft literally charges double what Uber charges! I don’t get it and I don’t care to get it and I will never get a ride from Lyft!!!
