Brandon Montgomery might be the worst lawyer I’ve ever seen in action in my life. Filing so many applications that he got his client and the opposing party prohibited from making any new applications, arguing why his alcoholic client should be allowed to drink while in care of the children and defended why it’s ok to give alcohol to a minor, constantly filed the wrong types of applications (Supreme Court vs provincial rules) and turning a 30 minute hearing into 7 hours!
