Brandon Montgomery might be the worst lawyer I’ve ever seen in action in my life. Filing so many applications that he got his client and the opposing party prohibited from making any new applications, arguing why his alcoholic client should be allowed to drink while in care of the children and defended why it’s ok to give alcohol to a minor, constantly filed the wrong types of applications (Supreme Court vs provincial rules) and turning a 30 minute hearing into 7 hours! Brandon Montgomery did a good job they called me because my retainer fee had gone past by like $100-600$ and with everything going on I didn’t have the fund cause I had moved and a year and a half later after I told them I just need a couple months to get the money I have received a extensive bill of interest because they never called me back to get them payment I told them to call back in a couple months never did but expect me to pay for interest for time tried calling each and every time no answer been trying to pay a bil... read more
