Harbor Holistic has truly improved my well-being in more ways than one! For many years, I was skeptical about acupuncture and alternative forms of treatment, and my worsening health situation brought me to seek other ways of treating chronic pain and inflammation. I greatly look forward to my appointments! Dr. Allison Achenza is amazing and I’ve also had a session with their new doctor, Dr. Shanan Walked who is equally “amazing”. I highly recommend this practice, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health.
Dr. Achenza did a great job! It was my first ever acupuncture appointment. I was a bit nervous but she was super thorough and very friendly. A painless acupuncture appointment that provided me with immediate pain relief! I look forward to seeing how things go.
