I worked here for a year and when I first started it was a lovely place to work, however that didn't last long. The pressures on staff are enormous and they are run into the ground. Staff are leaving because of the high work load. There is a high amount of sickness because staff are exhausted 😩 it's such a shame because they had some really good staff there. Not the case now though. You'd think those at the top would care enough to find out why staff are leaving. There's no care in care home anymore 😕

Hi, I’ve worked at lydage lodge for almost 2 years now am care assisstant, never worked in care home before, but I love what I do and looking after residents,. Making them smile also treat residents like family and the staff are amazing we all work as a team ❤️ The managers they alway there when you needed supported and they good listeners as well ❤️ And also residents family’s we here if they need talk too we all work as a team.
