I got a 23$ international plan and the auto renewal was on. I tried turning it off by dialing *190# but an error message popped up. Their customer service is non existent, i called and stayed on call for a veryyy long time, i emailed them, i tried getting a human customer service agent from their livr chat bot option, and not once did i get a response.
