5 for genuine friendly and caring customer service, plus the range of beautiful furniture. We needed a lounge/sofa in a specific size and Sue was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to show us a large range of possible options until we found the perfect fit. Lead times and delivery were not a hassle. We are super happy with our new lounge and have recommended to friends and family.

Shame there's no options beyond five stars. What a business and what a purely professional business man. Walked in for a future reference check on recliner chairs. Bought a Brando single lift leather chair for my 86yo Mother. It's a life changer for her & she loves it. Getting up is now so much easier for her. Llyall & Sue were very helpful with advise. Thanks A1 customer service.
What a great independent store this is that sells quality items at a reasonable price. Ive ended up buying quite a bit of items since finding this place. Definetly better products than the major stores. Lyall is also very helpful and friendly.
