I have a super tight back and Jennifer does a great job every time. The store is clean and relaxing and the staff is polite and excellent at what they do. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I called to schedule a couples massage and initially planned to book, but ended up canceling after a disappointing experience with the owner. She became noticeably rude and dismissive when she realized I was using a Groupon. Since then, I’ve received multiple calls—five in total—pressuring me to reschedule, even after I clearly stated that I had already received my massage elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism and persistent follow-up has made me very uncomfortable.

I had a walk-in appointment. The owner, who I believe, does all of the communication does speak English, the masseuse appears to not. Try and give preferences, and the masseuse will just tell you that they do not speak English, sorry. I am sure I am more stressed and sore now than when I went in. Also, if you say no oil, they will use cream, I didn't want either. I will not be returning for my personal preferences.
