Horrible customer service from start to finish. 3 day estimate at dropoff turned into 3 weeks. Never returned phone calls and I was missing parts when it did finally arrive so I'm delayed again waiting for Aircraft Spruce to come to the rescue. Front of the house very obviously doesn't talk to the back of the house doing the work, and both leave you feeling completely ignored. I will never even let the thought of using these guys cross my mind again.
