My client was defrauded of $2,700 by Mr. Larry Allen Cothren, who accepted payment for truck repairs that were never completed. Despite retaining the funds for over a year, Mr. Cothren failed to provide the agreed-upon services or issue a refund. We made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter amicably by sending numerous letters in hopes of avoiding legal action.
