Luzerne County proves how inept they are again! You pick a questionable person like Fernandes for coroner when you have a qualified person who would do a much better job. What happens when Fernandes has to testify and they question his character on the stand? Again. Luzerne County proves it mothing more than a corrupt "who you know" county. Shame on you.
Asked for a autopsy on my daughter and was told no. They would do blood test. After blood test showed nothing. They put cause of death as natural. 39 years old. Still don't know what happened. I'm confused.
