I got my car loan today. Beth did a great job at helping me get it. The communication was great. She made it easy every step of the way. Mark was also there and greets me every time I come in. I would definitely recommend that to friends and family who need a loan or other services at luzerne Bank.
Great customer service right off the bat. Very open floor plan. Doesn't feel like a bank. Might be switching. Dude was telling me about some good rates of CDs. So that's good.
Ok bank just need to clean ATM is always filthy and disgusting. The hours are terrible
My dad had unauthorized debits taken from his account via online payments. We were unable to cancel these through the companies but Beth was very patient and understanding. We appreciate her care and concern in getting this matter straightened out for us.
