Absolutely exceptional service. I ordered a dress online and accidentally clicked in-store pick up instead of delivery. They could easily have left it in store without contacting me but staff noticed that my address was in NSW and went out of their way to reach out. It was all resolved smoothly and with grace and kindness. Wonderful ladies, wonderful products! Thank you!
