Would rate it zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrific service. RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. Water in the pedicure was freezing and she wouldn’t change it. Charged me way more than what the price list said. Nails look atrocious and polish is patchy and bubbly. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here.
Charged me double that advertised price. Nails and toes nail cut $10. (see photo) Charge $20. Took all of 5 minutes. Ripped off.
Very rude. I was clear when asking for a price on what I wanted (pedicure with gel which on the price list said $55). Then was told $75 but once I sat down she changed the price to $95. I have given this salon chances time and time again. I’ve been here a total of three times, twice I have walked out because they either didn’t want to do the service or because they changed the price higher. Absolutely awful place and would not recommend to anyone. The centre should definitely talk about removing it all together.
