I orderd outdoor sofa from ratan direct on 9 July ratan direct team lying with me so many times after 10 days also I cancel the order so I wait 10 working days for refund money after 10 working days aslo they didn't refund my money so ratan direct staff told me they will deliver my order soon I wait for the order after 27 days on 8 August yesterday my oder is delivered in my adress when I open the box ratan direct team send me 4th hand outdoor sofa with damaged item so guys be care ful to buy ratan direct I'm the witness
Met Donna at the Fylde Vintage Steam show, lucky had day off to visit the extensive showroom a couple days later. Vast selection of Rattan furniture, bistro/corner sets,you name it they've probably got it. Chose lovely Santorini corner set in brown which they delivered later that day on way home, that's service for you!! Unfortunately cover i bought was far too big, Donna ordered another which she then again delivered on way home. Can't fault the service, top marks. Visited the showroom and was greeted by Becky who was polite, professional, and very friendly. The Showroom has a very extensive range of products that is very well presented, which made it a very easy process to choose a range of furniture that suited us both in price and quality. Donna the owner and her husband were kind enough to deliver our furniture on the same day that we requested it.
