Unprofessional and the staff attitude is very bad. Very unfriendly and being racist. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. There are so many other good stores in the neighborhood. Choose wisely.
I have been taking my pitty to Michelle for years. The staff and Michelle is always welcoming and it feels very family oriented anytime we are there. this is a clean,professional,excellent business to take your dog to be groomed. My dog’s lookin was so cute, see how they ruined it! This store is sooooo terrible! The owner is so rude to customers! She even said really bad words to me ! U should stay away from this store!
Nope, nope, nope!!! You have always been fair and honest!!! I love how you take care of my bella!!! You were honest when you had to demat her and said it only took 15 min when u could have charged anything you liked!! I appreciated that!! Gigi always looks and smells great after she is groomed here. They are thorough and professional. The boutique has a lot of great items to choose from as well.
