Since you’re not responding to any of my emails: “I am writing you this email regarding an incident with my dog, Peppa at Luxury Pet Spa. Peppa had been groomed on December 2nd, 2020 by your employee Gio. Peppa then had an appointment at the Vet on December 21st, 2020 to be spayed. It was brought to my attention that Peppa was two weeks pregnant. I was in shock and thought that it was impossible because Peppa is never around any other dogs. She is a house dog and does not interact with other dogs. Therefore, I know that Pepp... read more

Again you can take me to court as this is a frivolous attempt to scam my salon. We have plenty of kennels. Not one pet is ever housed together....not even if they reside together. Your pet came in as a walk in and was completed AND checked out in less than 2 hours. Please stop trying to pin your dogs pregnancy in us. This is why you recieved no response. I told you already IMPOSSIBLE.

My Peppa is a 1 year old yorkie that got pregnant on this groomers watch . My Peppa is a house dog that is never around other animals . I went to the store to let the owner know and she hasn’t been cooperating . I gave the owner enough time for her to look in to her camaras the way she asked me but still no responsed From the owner . I been sending many emails all I asked to reimbursed my vet cost .

Again.....you were given my PERSONAL cellphone number as a courtesy. Clients use the store phone to schedule. I made this appointment for you while we were closed just so you could rest assured that you had the date and time. I then get a call from you while working.....on my cellphone of course....wanting to know why the appointment wasn't in the computer when your husband arrived. I explained that it was because it was schedule by text message on my personal phone and while the store was closed. You expressed that we shoul... read more

I should have read the negative reviews more carefully. We had an awful experience with the owner who is unprofessional and rude. I made an appointment via text message as that is how I was advised to make appointments after covid (we happily supported the business during the entire closure). Never was told the policy regarding appointment making had changed. When I called to see why my husband was told we didn’t have an appointment, I was given a horrible nasty attitude and many excuses that had nothing to do with the actua... read more

The owner is unprofessional and mishandles dogs. I took my fur baby to her as a new customer because my regular groomer was not available. When speaking to her over the phone she quoted $60 because I was a referral but when I picked him up it changed to $150 because she claims dog was aggressive. Sends me a video of my dog calmly sitting while she’s shaving him, not sure how that equates to aggressive behavior. She continued to send harassing text messages once I left the salon.
